A 54-year-old man ended up dead due to injuries sustained from the crash. His name was Andrew Donley Apsit. He was brought to Kern Medical Center and received treatment for his injuries. What Happens to Crash Injury Medical Bills If Victim Dies?

Unfortunately, if your loved one was involved in a car crash, and received medical treatment for his injuries, you are still liable to pay for the costs when their insurance denies coverage. However, you also have another option available for you, if you are the victim’s next of kin or the beneficiary of the victim’s estates. You can pursue a survival action or wrongful death claim on behalf of the victim. This claim will be filed against the at-fault driver’s insurance provider, or directly against the driver if the individual does not have insurance.
