How Do Victims of DUI Accidents File A Claim Against At-Fault Driver?

To file a claim against the at-fault driver, you must first find out more information regarding their auto insurance provider. This is the first party you should file your personal injury claim to. If the at-fault driver does not have auto insurance – assuming that they are not from California, where auto insurance ownership is mandatory – then you should file your personal injury claim directly to the at-fault driver. This legal process is better navigated with the help of an attorney.
