Who Is Responsible for Death Benefits After On-the-Job Car Accident Death?

Regardless of the type of employment, if your deceased loved one worked in California when a car accident happened, then they are entitled to receive death benefits from their employer. Generally, this cost should be covered by the insurance provider that they subscribe to, and thus, you do not need to file any claim. However, if no company representative came to dispense these benefits then you need to take action. We advise you to contact a lawyer before choosing to declare your intentions to file a claim.
