December 27, 2020 Alan Ahdoot

A multi-vehicle crash was reported to have occurred in Van Nuys on Friday, December 25th. California Highway Patrol was the first responder at the scene. The incident happened on the 405 Freeway near Sherman Way, just past 6:00 p.m. Two motorcycles were involved in the crash, as well as several other vehicles. At least two people were found to have been severely injured and required hospitalization. Two others were also trapped in a vehicle. Nearly all of 405 Freeway’s lanes were closed while investigations into the crash were ongoing.

In A Multi-Vehicle Crash, Who Is The At-Fault Driver?

Multi-vehicle crashes are more common than single-vehicle crashes. But determining the at-fault driver is much harder as the number of vehicles involved in the crash rises. The best course of action as a victim in this kind of situation is to wait for the accident report to be released by the authorities. However, that doesn’t mean you cannot begin any legal process.
