One Dead, One Injured from Three-Vehicle Crash in Northridge

Two pickup trucks and another passenger vehicle were involved in a multi-vehicle collision on Sunday, November 1st in Northridge. Los Angeles Fire Department and Los Angeles Police Department were the first responders at the scene. The crash happened just before 8:00 p.m., at North Balboa Boulevard. A 2017 Ford F-150 pickup truck suddenly veered in the opposite direction, causing it to collide with a 1999 Ford F-150 pickup truck and a Toyota Rav4. The driver of the 1999 Ford, a man around the age of 40, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the 2017 Ford was severely injured and is receiving care at the hospital. The occupants of the Toyota were uninjured, Authorities are still investigating the circumstances of the crash.
