How Do You File A Claim If You Have Been Injured in A Train Accident?

According to the Bureau of Transportation Statistics, in 2019, more than 1,800 train accidents were reported in the United States. This is quite noteworthy considering that railroad vehicles are not the primary mode of transportation in most of the United States. Then, what can you do if you were injured in a train accident? You can file a personal injury claim. You can also file a catastrophic injury claim if the accident has caused you to have reduced mental capability, loss of limbs, or loss of motor abilities. Filing either claim requires the aid of an attorney. We can connect you with one of our team members for a free legal consultation, which you can get by calling (800) 310-1606.
