What Can You Do if You Were Injured in A Car Crash That Wasn’t Your Fault?

If you were injured in a car crash involving multiple vehicles, there may be several legal options available to you, depending on whether you are one of the parties at fault or not. Establishing fault is important in a multi-vehicle crash because if you were found to be sharing fault with the at-fault driver, your claim payout will be decreased depending on the percentage of fault you were found to have.
