Vehicle Crashed Into North Hollywood Apartment

December 28, 2020 Alan Ahdoot

A vehicle was reported to have crashed into a building in North Hollywood on Saturday, December 26th. The Los Angeles Fire Department was one of the first responders at the scene. The incident happened at about 1:20 p.m. on West Houston Avenue. The vehicle struck an apartment building that seems to be unoccupied. There was some structural damage to the apartment. The vehicle was occupied only by the driver, who was injured from the crash and sent to the hospital for treatment.

Can All Victims of a Car Accident File A Personal Injury Claim?

It depends on whether the victim and the at-fault driver are the same people or not. When they are, a personal injury claim cannot be filed. This can happen in single-vehicle crashes where the driver was injured through their own actions. Besides such situations, most victims will be able to file a personal injury claim if they have experienced physical or psychological suffering due to a car accident.
