Can You File A Personal Injury Claim Against A Dead At-Fault Driver?
Even though it seems that you can’t file a personal injury claim against a dead driver who injured you, you’d be glad to know that a claim can still be pursued. Usually, the personal injury claim is filed against the beneficiary of the deceased’s estates. In all likelihood, this means you will file your personal injury claim to the next living family member. If this is the legal avenue you want to pursue, you need to immediately contact an attorney to represent your case.
