What Happens If Your Auto Insurance Denies Your Claim Following A Single-Vehicle Crash?

Unfortunately, unless you have personal injury protection (PIP) coverage, most auto insurance will deny your claim. You can dispute it, but if the policy of your auto insurance explicitly denies coverage in the event of a single-vehicle crash, then you are out of luck. However, if no such provisions exist in your auto insurance policy, then you have room to argue your case.
