Can You File A Wrongful Death Claim Against a Driver on Behalf of a Passenger?

It is possible that in a single-vehicle crash or even a multi-vehicle crash, the at-fault driver was occupying the same vehicle as to the passenger. In this situation, what can you do on behalf of the deceased passenger? If you are related to the passenger and would like to pursue a claim against the driver then you should know that you are able to do so. You can file a wrongful death claim against the at-fault driver or their auto insurance provider.
