On October 8th, 2020, an automobile accident was reported to occur on Highway 101. California Highway Patrol, who was first on the scene, received information that the crash transpired just before 4:00 a.m. It is unknown how many vehicles were involved, although one box van was found to rollover due to the collision. The individuals involved in the crash seemed to not have been injured. It took several hours for traffic to return to normal due to the crash.
