Can Train Accident Victims Pursue A Claim Against Train Operating Companies?
In general, they can and they should. If the victim was a mere bystander who did not intentionally put themselves in harm’s way, yet was struck by a train that passed, the next living kin should pursue a claim on their behalf. Train operating companies tend to have insurance specifically for this kind of situation. You should consult a lawyer first, however, before taking any further actions. We provide a free legal consultation, available 24/7, which you can get by calling (800) 310-1606.
