On September Tuesday, September 22nd, a single-vehicle crash occurred on Lyons Avenue at Newhall. Los Angeles County Fire Department is the first responder at the scene. They received information that the incident took place shortly after 5:00 p.m.
The vehicle was overturned, and people inside the car were thrown out. The initial investigation found that two individuals were involved in the crash. Representatives from Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff Department reported that the driver of the vehicle ran away from the scene of the accident. However, authorities managed to apprehend the individual when they were spotted several blocks away from the crash site. Another person who fled the scene has yet to be found.
