How Do You File A Personal Injury Claim Against A Hit-and-Run Driver?
Experiencing any car accidents can be a troublesome affair. Hit-and-run accidents, however, are probably the most inconvenient of them all. Since you need to get back to your feet as soon as possible, you’d probably opt to file a claim to your insurance provider instead of waiting for the authorities to arrest the person responsible.
It’s a pragmatic line of action, but you must be careful in ensuring that you filed your claim as a not-at-fault driver. If not, your insurance premium will go up in the next payment cycle. If you want to make sure that your insurance policy and premium stays the same as it was prior to the hit-and-run, you can contact us for a free consultation at (866) 698-2306.
