A man has died from injuries sustained from an accident in San Jose. The car accident occurred near Senter Road on East Capitol Expressway in San Jose. The accident occurred on Thursday last week, around the early morning. The 36-year-old man was driving his car at a rather high speed. He eventually collided with a tree and was severely injured as a result. Authorities at the scene immediately sent him to the hospital to receive further medical treatment. However, after several days of hospitalization, the unnamed man succumbed to his injuries.

Did Your Car Crash Into A Tree?

Single-vehicle car collision often involves a fixed object, and trees are but one of them. In fact, around 20 percent of all traffic accidents involving vehicles crashing into fixed objects will end up fatal. Vehicle damage would be a certain outcome in this type of scenario. If you were involved in an accident where your car crashed into a tree, you may expect a smooth insurance payout. Unfortunately, driver error or negligence is often cited by insurance providers to give a full payout. When you encounter this situation, you need to immediately contact a legal representative who can help you with your case.
