How Do You File A Wrongful Death Claim?
A wrongful death claim can only be filed by the person who was named the beneficiary of the estates of the deceased – however, this can differ on a state by state basis. The process requires you, as the plaintiff, to bring evidence that the negligent actions of the at-fault driver were the cause of death of the deceased.
