Civilian Crashed into A Suspect Vehicle During Police Chase

A police chase on Monday, September 28^th, ended with the suspect’s vehicle crashing into a civilian’s car. He had minor injuries from the accident. The suspect was arrested when the police apprehended him in the location of the crash.
