Will You Receive Insurance Payout as a DUI Victim?

You should be able to receive insurance payout as a DUI victim. However, unlike usual personal injury claims, we advise you to not immediately file your claim. This is because DUI accidents will generally be processed in criminal courts. Thus, a criminal conviction on the driver will greatly help your personal injury case. If you file your claim too fast, insurance providers can easily provide you with only the minimum payout. Stand your ground.
