Can You File A Personal Injury Claim on Behalf of a Minor?
Yes, you can, assuming you are a family member or the legal guardian of the minor. Minors or people who are under the age of majority cannot file a claim themselves, but you can. The process of filing a claim on behalf of a minor after a car accident may not be entirely similar to the process done for an adult, however.
