Who Can File A Claim on Behalf of A Deceased Car Accident Victim?

Not everyone can file a claim for a deceased car crash victim. Usually, only the next living kin or the person who was named as the beneficiary of their estates can do this. However, for certain claims, it is possible for someone who isn’t in either category to file a lawsuit on their behalf. The family of the victim must give the power of attorney to this person for this to happen.
