What Should You Do if You Were Injured in a Motorcycle Accident?
Just like any other vehicular accidents, when you are injured in a motorcycle accident, you should immediately contact your insurance provider. If you are in California then it is mandatory for you to own an auto-insurance regardless of what vehicle you drive. However, we do advise you to contact them only after you have received any necessary medical treatments for the injury you sustain. This should help you get the full payout you are entitled to.
However, in the event that your insurance coverage is not enough to fully pay your medical treatments, you still have the option of pursuing a claim against the at-fault driver. If you’d like to use this legal approach, you can contact us at (877) 871-3256 for a free consultation beforehand.
