Do Children Have the Right to File A Claim As A Car Accident Victim?
Although they are underaged, child car accident victims have the same rights as an adult victim, and that includes the ability to file a claim against the at-fault driver. However, the process will not be directly done by them — a parent or a guardian will instead be starting the process on their behalf.
