October 9, 2020 Alan Ahdoot

A four-vehicle collision was reported to have taken place on Wednesday, October 7th in Highway 99. California Highway Patrol was one of the first responders at the scene. It is unknown when the accident took place, but the investigation at the scene was already finished by 6:45 a.m. No one was injured or dead from the accident. However, the accident caused some heavy traffic in the affected lanes.

Can You File Damage Claims Against Another Driver in a Multi-Vehicle Collision?

Yes, you can. If you were involved in a car crash involving multiple vehicles, you can choose to pursue a damage claim against whichever driver you think is most responsible for the accident. Usually, you will file a damage claim to another driver’s insurance provider first, but in the event that the drivers involved do not have auto insurance, you can pursue a damage claim against them personally. You can also choose a personal injury claim instead – attorneys can handle both damages and injury claims when you are a victim in a car crash.
