Can Uninjured Victims File A Personal Injury Claim After A Car Crash?

You may think that personal injury claims can only apply to victims who are physically injured from a car accident. Well, you are not entirely correct. If you suffer from verifiable psychological distress after a car accident, you may be able to pursue a personal injury claim as well. However, if you only experience economic damages following an incident, it is best to pursue a different type of claim.
