Can You Pursue A Claim When Your Vehicle Was Damaged in the Middle of Police Pursuit?

Thus, it isn’t uncommon to find individuals choosing to file a claim against the state or local government for damages sustained from a police pursuit. As a civilian, you have the right to do this.
