Multi-Vehicle Crash Reported on Highway 14

October 5, 2020 Alan Ahdoot

A multi-vehicle crash was reported to have taken place on Wednesday, September 30th, at around 5:15 a.m. in Highway 14. Los Angeles County Fire Department and California Highway Patrol were the first responders at the scene. Around four vehicles were involved in the crash near Via Princessa. No injuries or deaths were reported from the incident. Several lanes of Highway 14 were closed temporarily while authorities conducted an investigation at the scene.

Can You Sue Multiple Parties in Multi-Vehicle Crashes?

Yes, it is possible. But we do not advise you to do this. Unless multiple parties are proven to have been the main culprits causing the accident to occur, you should focus your personal injury lawsuit to one individual only. Remember that lawsuit processes can take quite some time, and unnecessarily pursuing cases against multiple parties might in fact cause things to not fall in your favor at court. We believe that we can provide better legal alternatives that are suitable to your case.
