Can You File A Claim Against More Than One Driver After A Multi-Vehicle Crash?
Yes, you can. If you believe that your multi-vehicle crash was caused by multiple parties, you can choose to take action against them. Of course, you will need to file the claim separately against each individual. This also means providing a different set of evidence and argument. It is best to consult a lawyer before proceeding with this line of action. We can connect you with one of our experienced multi-vehicle crash lawyers, available 24/7 by calling (800) 310-1606.
