Who Can File A Personal Injury Claim After A Car Accident?

In general, the person who should submit a personal injury claim is the individual who was injured in the incident or the legal representative that they have appointed. However, if the victim is underaged, then it’s possible for their parents or guardian to file a personal injury claim on their behalf. Other circumstances may also apply to your case which calls for another party to file the claim on your behalf.
