Can You A Motorcyclist File A Lawsuit Against A Car Driver After An Accident?

Motorcycle drivers carry a higher risk of being injured than any other vehicle. However, this doesn’t mean that any occurring vehicular accident is inherently your fault as a biker. If you feel that you are not the main party responsible for a vehicle collision, you have the right to immediately start filing your personal injury claim against the driver at fault. Of course, waiting for the result of the police investigation would help your case greatly, but we advise you to start the process right away rather than waiting on this.
