What Legal Action Can A Pedestrian Car Accident Victim Take?
Just like any other car accident victims, a pedestrian is able to pursue a personal injury claim against the at-fault driver’s insurance provider. And, if you are a pedestrian who lives in California, then your driver, if also from California, must have auto insurance. In the event that you are dealing with a driver who isn’t from California and does not have auto insurance, you should consider pursuing a claim against them directly. If you’d like to pursue this legal avenue, call us at (800) 310-1606 for a free initial consultation about your car accident case.
