Is It Possible to Pursue A Claim Against An At-Fault Driver Who Wasn’t Arrested?
Yes, it is possible. If you were a victim in an automobile accident and the at-fault driver was not arrested for some reason, you should be aware that you can still pursue a claim against them regardless. This is because a criminal case differs from a civil case – and your claim is classified as the latter. Call up an attorney straight away if you want to pursue a claim against the at-fault driver, since they will, more likely than not, lawyer up as well. If you live in California, you can call us at (800) 310-1606 to get in touch with one of the attorneys for a free consultation available at any time.
