Can the Family of a Deceased Car Accident Victim File a Personal Injury Claim?

If you are a family member who has lost a loved one in a car crash, it is possible that you may be considering taking legal action, especially if the at-fault driver managed to evade a criminal conviction for their negligent actions. However, if you’re thinking of pursuing a personal injury claim for such a situation, you may need to reconsider. Other types of claims may be more suitable for your situation, considering that your loved one has already passed away.
