Can You File A Wrongful Death Claim if the Victim is Suspected of Suicide?

This can be a difficult situation to navigate, both legally and personally. If your loved one recently died in a train accident, such as the one in the case above, and there are suspicions of it being a suicide, it can be difficult to pursue any legal claims on their behalf. Even if train operates have insurance payouts for train accident circumstances, sometimes, suicide allegations will void any claims submitted. However, this can only be done if there was proof of it being a suicide in the first place.
