September 22, 2020 Alan Ahdoot

A child was found dead after a vehicle crashed into him on Sunday, September 20th. The vehicle, a Ram pickup truck, was being driven by a 23-year-old woman around Orange Mobile Home Park. The child, a 3-year-old boy, was riding on his bicycle with his sibling.

The incident was thought to have occurred just before 7:00 p.m. Orange County Police Department was one of the authorities at the scene. Efforts to resuscitate the child were made at the scene, but he died from his injuries. Initial investigations of the accident found that the woman wasn’t driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Can You File A Premise Liability Suit Against A Mobile Home Area?

It is possible to file a lawsuit against the owner and operator of a mobile home area. However, these suits are not usually filed in car accident cases. Nevertheless, if the plaintiff can prove that inadequate management or other faulty circumstances in the mobile home caused the accident to occur, then this legal avenue becomes viable.
