Saugus Single-Vehicle Crash Injured One Person

November 1, 2020 Alan Ahdoot

A single-vehicle crash was reported to occur in Saugus on Wednesday, October 21st. Los Angeles County Fire Department is one of the first responders at the scene. They received information that the crash happened around 6:15 p.m. on Bouquet Canyon Road, near Central Park. An unknown vehicle struck a tree in the vicinity of the area. One person suffered from injuries of unknown severity, which required treatment in the hospital. It is unknown how many people were occupying the vehicle at the time.

Why Can You Do if You Were Involved in a Car-Tree Collision?

If you were involved in a collision with a tree and sustained some injuries or damages from the accident, what you can do legally is limited to whether or not you were behind the wheels at the time. If you are a driver in this situation, you don’t have many legal options at your disposal if you are the at-fault driver. If your auto insurance includes PIP coverage, then you can file a claim to your insurance to cover for the injuries and damages you sustain from the crash. If you are the passenger, however, you can pursue a personal injury claim against the driver or their insurance provider.
