Why Can You Do if You Were Involved in a Car-Tree Collision?
If you were involved in a collision with a tree and sustained some injuries or damages from the accident, what you can do legally is limited to whether or not you were behind the wheels at the time. If you are a driver in this situation, you don’t have many legal options at your disposal if you are the at-fault driver. If your auto insurance includes PIP coverage, then you can file a claim to your insurance to cover for the injuries and damages you sustain from the crash. If you are the passenger, however, you can pursue a personal injury claim against the driver or their insurance provider. To know more about how you can do this, you can call us at (800) 310-1606 for a free legal consultation on your case, available 24/7.
