What Can You Do If You Were Involved in An Accident with a Public Transport Vehicle?
If you were a driver who was involved in an accident with a government or state-owned or operated bus, you should know that you are able to file a claim against them or their insurance provider. However, the process is different from filing against a private person or company. Filing a claim against a government or state-owned or operated entity means that you need to follow the Tort Claims Act.
