On Tuesday, November 3rd, a vehicular crash was reported to occur in Arvin. California Highway Patrol was the first responder at the scene of the crash. The incident happened on Highway 223, just past midnight. Two vehicles were involved, both a semi-truck. One of the semi-truck drivers struck the other semi-truck on the backside of the vehicle, which led to a small oil spill. In addition, the driver responsible also sustained some minor injuries to his legs. No other person was injured in the crash. Several of Highway 223’s lanes were closed while cleanup was underway. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the crash.
