Can You File A Personal Injury Claim if the At-Fault Driver Responsible Is Facing Criminal Charges?
Yes, you can. If you are a victim of a car accident, and the at-fault driver responsible for causing your injuries is facing criminal charges for their actions, you can still pursue a personal injury claim against them regardless. This is because your case, which is a civil case, is treated differently from the criminal charges that the at-fault driver faces.
