Can You File A Claim Against A Business Owner After A Car Crash?

Yes, you can. The type of claim you can make, however, may determine whether you would be making it on behalf of your business or as an individual. If you are pursuing a damage claim on behalf of the private property that was damaged following a crash, then you should pursue a claim using your business.
