Can Single-Vehicle Crash Victims File A Claim?
Just like any other car crash victims, single-vehicle crash victims have the right to pursue a claim against another party following the incident. However, whether or not you can file a claim depends on several factors. For one, are you the driver or the passenger in the incident? If you are the passenger, then you can file a claim against the driver directly or pursue a claim against their auto insurance provider. The circumstances of the single-vehicle crash as well as the insurance policy of the driver of the single-vehicle crash can also determine whether a claim can be submitted or not.
