What Type of Injuries Can Car Accident Victims File A Claim For?
You can file a claim for all sorts of injuries as a car accident victim. You can even pursue a claim for non-physical trauma done to your person. However, we do advise you to consider pursuing a catastrophic injury claim if you were injured in a car accident that caused a reduction to your mental abilities, loss of limbs, or loss of motor control. Otherwise, you can also pursue a personal injury claim. We can handle both types of claims.
