Who Can You Sue if You Were Injured in A Car Accident?

If you are planning to pursue a claim as an injured party in a car accident, you need to know who your defendant will be. The first party that you can file a claim against is the insurance provider of the at-fault driver. If this isn’t possible because the driver does not have insurance, you can file a claim directly against the driver. If your driver is underaged, you can file a claim against their guardians. If your driver was in the middle of a job when the car accident happened, you can file a claim against their employer. To determine which party you can sue in a car accident, we advise you to call an attorney for consultation regarding your case.
