Can Your Claim Be Denied After A Car Accident Involving A Businessowner’s Employee?
Unfortunately, this is likely to happen. It is possible that when you were involved in a car accident where the at-fault party was in the middle of performing a job for an employer, the claim you choose to file against their employer was denied. However, do not immediately get discouraged when you experience this. You should know that if your vehicular accident occurs in California then the business owner is liable to be responsible for any personal injury claims that arise from a car accident where the employee is at fault.
