In What Circumstances Can You File A Claim After A Single-Vehicle Crash?

In general, single-vehicle crash victims cannot file a claim to their auto insurance for damages or medical treatment. However, certain circumstances may invalidate this rule. For example, if you are a passenger in a single-vehicle crash, then you are entitled to the same rights given to any victim of a car accident – you can file a claim against the at-fault driver. If you want to know more about how to file a claim against the driver as a passenger in a car accident, call us today at (800) 310-1606 for a free consultation on your case.
