Can Auto Insurance Deny Medical Coverage After a Single-Vehicle Crash?
Unfortunately, it is possible. This can happen if your coverage lacks a provision for personal injury protection, which allows you to file a claim following an incident with your vehicle where no other parties were involved, such as single-vehicle crashes. In a situation like this, disputing your insurance provider’s decision may be possible depending on the terms of your insurance policy.
