Can A Single-Vehicle Crash Victim File A Claim to Auto-Insurance?

It may be possible. If you are a single-vehicle crash victim who is behind the wheels during the time of the incident, it is possible to have a claim approved by your auto insurance provider if your insurance policy includes a personal injury protection clause. Alternatively, if you are a passenger in the crash, then you are entitled to take legal action against the driver – just like any other crash victim.
