Can An Insurance Provider Deny Payout Claim to Victims?
Unfortunately, this situation can occur. In traffic accidents, victims should be able to claim insurance from their own and the driver responsible for the accident. However, in practice, victims will face a lot of difficulties when filing a personal injury claim against the at-fault driver’s insurance provider.
One of the approaches that they can use against you, the victim, is blaming you for the accident. Any proven culpability would greatly affect the payout you are entitled to as a victim in the incident. To deal with these tactics, you need to reach an attorney with experience in dealing with these circumstances. To reach one of our personal injury lawyers, you can call us at (866) 698-2306.
