Can You File Damages Claim Against an At-Fault Driver When Not Directly Involved in An Automobile Accident?

Yes, you can. If you suffer economic or non-economic damages from an automobile accident, you should know that it is possible to pursue a claim against an at-fault driver, even if you were not directly injured in the incident.

An example of this would be if you were a witness in the car crash and you were traumatized by the incident. Another example will be if you experienced a loss of income due to their negligent actions. Of course, taking this legal action would require your time and effort, so you must be able to determine whether it is the best course to take.
