Can A Pedestrian Victim in an Automobile Accident File A Personal Injury Claim?

Yes, you don’t have to be a vehicle owner to be able to file a personal injury claim against an at-fault driver. If you are a pedestrian and was injured from a vehicular accident, you should first file a claim to the driver’s insurance provider. In the event that their payout is not enough to compensate for the damages and injuries that you sustain from the accident, you can pursue a personal injury claim.
